Stress How are we Coping?

An accessible workshop exploring everyday stress and coping habits. Includes discussion, self-reflection, and simple tools to support emotional well-being. This workshop is about practicing pause, turning the switch off to better cope with stress and external pressures.

Living the Flow

Inspired by yoga, intuitive movement, and the Silvestre Technique to connect to the ebbs and flows of the body and mind. This practice invites participants to move with awareness connecting to 4 elements of nature. This movement practice provides a space to assist with the flow and processing of emotions and releasing of tension. A powerful yet accessible experience for anyone seeking embodied expression and release while challenging one to go to the core of what really matters to onself.
