Retreats for Mental Wellbeing & Stress Prevention

Looking for a facilitator to bring depth, grounding, and trauma-informed practice to your next retreat?

I collaborate with retreat centers, wellness venues, and organizations to design and lead retreats focused on nervous system regulation, emotional well-being, and mental resilience.

While I no longer organize retreats independently, I offer facilitation that draws on my experience creating and running programs across Europe, East Africa, and Asia. My role includes:

  • Designing retreat content and structure

  • Facilitating sessions in yoga, somatic movement, and mental health resilience

  • Holding space for group reflection and integration

Retreats can be tailored to your group’s needs — from short intensives to multi-day experiences.

Our 2 to 5 days retreats focused on mental wellbeing, stress recovery, and burnout prevention. These retreats combine gentle yoga, yogic detox, embodied movement, mindful reflection, and guided discussions to promote relaxation, emotional balance, and sustainable well-being.

Retreat Themes

Each retreat is designed to be practical, inclusive, and rooted in body-based awareness. Themes include:

Mental Health & Everyday Resilience:

It lays the groundwork for understanding mental health and the key factors that influence it. This retreat offers practical tools to build and strengthen your mental health skills, promoting resilience and well-being in everyday life. It is an opportunity to reflect on your mental well-being and that of your closed ones. A central theme of the course is learning how to nurture and strengthen mental health through actionable insights.

Stress & Burnout Prevention

Explore how stress accumulates and how to identify early warning signs of burnout. Through guided discussion and accessible techniques, you’ll learn how to set boundaries, balance your energy, and build a more sustainable approach to work, rest, and responsibility.

Nervous System Recovery

Reconnect with your body through calming, grounding practices that support nervous system regulation. This session focuses on the link between emotional states and physical responses, helping you release accumulated tension and return to a state of internal balance.
