Whether you are experiencing an accumulation of stress, feeling pain or simply wish to feel energized the workshop Yoga for Healthy Living is your opportunity to hit the reset button on your health, and learn simple yogic lifestyle practices you can implement to restore your balance and feel energized again.
Learn simple practices to maintain you balance by helping you reduce stress, sleep better, eat right and feel more energetic. Whether you’re completely new or you’ve been practicing for awhile, you are welcome to join the course.
- The Four pillars for better balance
- Meditation, yoga – Bhavas (attitude) oriented techniques, breath awareness to experience more calm, and steadiness.
- Discover your Ayurvedic body type – and the appropriate lifestyle choices to bring it into balance, including energy management and eating right
- Develop a daily self-care routine– to reduce stress, sleep better, and have a more balanced diet
