About Menorca
Menorca is part of the Balearic Islands in Spain, a hidden gem on the Mediterranean. Declared Biosphere Reserve in 1993, the island is a haven of peace; a place to find oneself, and celebrate silence. It is the antidote of Ibiza, less busy and crowded than its bigger sister Mallorca. If you are looking for tranquility, unpretentious yet rustically chic surrounding then this is the place to come and explore.
Discreet, rustic, peaceful yet intriguing, Menorca not only has beautiful beaches, with crystal clear water to offer, but also a history and rich cultural heritage, such as the unique prehistoric sites called Talaoits. The island also offers gorgeous hiking trails, the most known is Cami de Cavalls, and ancient trail of 185 km long along its coast. It crosses rocky zones, wetlands, farmlands, valleys, and torrents. It connects to lighthouses, ancient watchtowers, and takes you to amazing coves and other spots on the the island.
